
This is barely a recipe, but it’s fun and pretty easy, and it makes great party food. The original version that we saw was BLT hard boiled egg sliders, but the possibilities are endless. They’re sliders in the sense that the sliced egg is your bun and you layer lots of yummy stuff in between.

Ingredients
6-12 hard boiled eggs of any kind that you like (chicken, duck, Guinea, etc)
Lettuce
Tomato
Cheese
Bacon
Avocado
Smoked Salmon
Mayo, dressing, etc.
Pickles, relish, or anything else that you’d like on your sliders!
Directions
Slice your hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
On top of one side of the egg, layer your fixings. Add mayo or dressing or whatever else looks good.
Top with the second half of the egg and secure with a toothpick. Serve and enjoy!
