They’re easily converted to gluten and dairy free, and you can even change the jam flavor if you want a different taste. You’ll only need one egg, and it will serve as a binder in the crust and crumble topping.

We talk you through this recipe in episode 167 of our podcast. We mention some substitutions that can work well, including quick oats if you’re absolutely out of rolled oats. It could be fun to change this to red raspberry and dark chocolate chips, or apricot jam and pistachios. Get creative!
